Digital Products & Tutorials
Most of our content is provided free of charge. However, if you purchase any premium digital product (e.g., e-book, course, source code) from SamWithCode, please note that due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. This policy protects our intellectual property.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., corrupted download, broken link) and we are unable to resolve it within 7 days, we may issue a refund at our discretion. Please contact us with proof of purchase and details of the issue.
Donations & Support
Any voluntary donations or contributions are non-refundable. We appreciate your support to keep SamWithCode running.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, email us at support@samwithcode.com within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason. We will review each case individually.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and legal action to recover fees.
